It was an huge existing building with an enlargement and also 4 cones it was a big restoring project.
The Build
Our client came to us with their requirements when looking to buy a holiday home in Puglia, Italy. The brief was to find land suitable to construct a property to sleep at least 6/7 people, with large indoor living spaces, serviced outside living and a swimming pool with beaches.
We showed Bronny and Alain plots of land with and without property in need of rstoration and eventually decided on this one.
As always our services include full 'walk-through' of the various legal requirements, obtaining a codice fiscale (insurance number), the signing of the compromesso (contract) and full legal title being passed over, along with the opening an Italian bank account.
We produced 3d drawings, plans, discussed our design ideas, dealt with the various planning and building controls we were to expect during the build of the property and ensured regular contact with bronny and alain as we developed their new Italian Trullo.
The result was to create a beautiful 3 bedroomed home, large kitchen and internal living space with fireplace, outside kitchen and living area, complete with sofa-style comfortable seating with a beach pool, all with suitable shade.
Summary: Private swimming pool, outside kitchen and outside living and solarium with sun loungers on different levels, barbeque, huge garden, private parking.
