We have excellent working relationships with local trades people offering all areas of property maintenance, security services and ongoing utilities management. Our property holiday rental management service includes changeovers, laundry, maid service, cleaning, gardening, and pool cleaning, provision of welcome packs and availability of a manager in emergencies.

These services are tailored to you as the individual client and monthly prices set accordingly. Full monthly accounting is provided. A full ‘menu’ of extra services is also available to your clients, including cookery service, baby-sitting, horse riding, bike hire, guided tours, massage, yoga and many other services. These are available to order directly by the holidaymaker, either before or upon arrival at your home. All designed to make your property attractive to clients from around the globe.
